Multiple students have had issues with the lab due to the lack of IDE specific instructions.

We've added notes about httpserver earlier in the curriculum. Not sure if we want to add another one here. @aturkewi? |

Multiple students have had issues with the lab due to the lack of IDE specific instructions. This pull request adds those instructions so students can follow along with the IDE without confusion.
